ABOUT ME

I’m Mandy, a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP), coach, and someone who understands how heavy life can feel when you’ve been holding everything together for too long.


I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology and bring over 20 years of experience in the well-being space, supporting individuals, couples, and families through various seasons of life. My background spans both the wellness and business environments. Alongside leadership roles in the health and fitness industry, I have built my own businesses and supported others in their personal and professional growth. This experience allows me to understand the real pressures of work, family, and identity, and to walk alongside clients with both empathy and practicality.


My approach is gentle and person-centred, honouring your story, pace, and voice. I use an integrative approach that is tailored to each person I work with. Grounded in person-centred principles, my practice blends CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based work with somatic, narrative, and coaching techniques. I also integrate the Enneagram as a tool for insight and growth, working holistically with both mind and body.


I believe the body often tells the truth before words do. It can hold stress, grief, trauma, and protective patterns that deserve care and understanding. With extensive training in coaching and bodywork modalities, I gently incorporate somatic awareness and body-based practices into sessions to support deeper emotional insight and regulation. You will often hear me say, “Your body is your book. It tells you what is going on.”


Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, low self-worth, or emotional disconnection, this is a space to breathe, reflect, and begin again.
